  • Payment for the completed work up to the foundation level is required in the amount of 15%.
  • After completing each stage, the buyer must pay 1%.
  • 5% is due when the painting, plumbing, and plastering are finished.
  • The remaining amount must be paid on the date of possession when having the keys.
