If you want to cancel the booking, 2% of the sales value will be lost before the agreement. If the cancellation happens after agreement 10 per cent of sales value will be lost as cancellation fee, and the remaining amount is returned without interest. The cancellation will include GST, and 5 % of GST paid on installments is not refunded.
